I Hate Zombies Games
I don't like playing games where you just have to fight off like 1 or 2 dudes at the same time. Give me a horde to slaughter! Die Zombies Die!
Description
Yet again, a ravening horde of horrible zombies has shambled forth to devour the living. It must be a day of the week that ends in ‘y’.
In I Hate Zombies., 2-12 players face off in a climactic battle for the very fate of the world that will last between 10 and 20 minutes. Some of the players will be the noble last survivors of humanity, while others will be dirty, wretched brain-guzzling zombies. To see who survives, they will engage in that time-honored tradition, that Sport of Kings..
Yes, that's right. Rock-Paper-Scissors. To the Death!
Although the valiant humans each have a special ability to aid them in their struggle to survive, the zombies are tougher to kill, and humans they kill turn into more zombies, and certainly let us not forget the spleen-churning stench.
While the game could be succinctly described as Rock-Paper-Scissors with special abilities, the abilities add some interesting decision making for the zombie players as to which humans to focus their brain munching beam on, and when. So, while the game uses the RPS mechanism, there are real and interesting decisions to be made which will have the zombies debating their strategy (or at least as well as their limited mental capacity allows).
If you hate zombies (and you should!), you'll find altogether more zombies than you're comfortable with in I Hate Zombies.
'I had all the guns, ammo, and canned food I could ever need. Why didn't anyone tell me I also needed to brush up on my bluffing skills?!'

RedesignFor the best experience, consider using the Reddit Redesign!Simply go to or set the Redesign as your default experience in. The maps are good, but the overall system doesn’t feel rewarding. Daily Callings only give us 20 NB (not enough for even the lowest spin) and 1000 XP, Add to that, the rate at which we earn NB seems pretty slow. Seasonal Callings have given us Face Paints. Neither the Elixirs or Talismans are that good (and we haven’t gotten a single new one since launch and DLC 1 is already out). You can grind for camos, but it’s very tedious to do, and really, how long do you get to see your camo before Pack-a-Punching anyway? What’s the point of getting to high rounds when there are no leaderboards in the game?
What’s the point of doing the main quest more than once when they all end the game?. I don't like how they did the perk system (even though I think it's a step in the right direction). My biggest problem with the perks, mods, elixirs, etc. Is that there isn't anything to grind for that changes how i play the game (either vs previous runs or play-style vs other people). And to me, this is how the game should feel. You level up, unlock more, and feel like you're building your own play-style - both for solo and building teams.
But, I run the same guns, the same perks, same elixirs, and don't use talismans. Agreed 100% I think the system needs to be buffed. I want to be sacrificing ammo for stamin-up or vice versa. Or trade off with members of my team. I don't know if Treyarch is scared of things being over-powered or what.
But I'd be fine with reducing health of the player, for example, if we actually see some use in other perks and loadouts. But at the moment the entire system just seems impersonal - tack on lack of leaderboards, etc. And you have the reason why there is no replay-ability imo. Yeah, the leaderboards irk me the most because I just don't understand the logic behind it. Do they think that adding friends/global leaderboards makes the community more toxic?? I just don't get it.. Perks I understand - early in season, things needs to be looked at and reviewed and their focus was bugfixes.
Elixirs - wanting to focus on microtransactions. etcEven though i might disagree with some of the reasons for the delay or methodology, I can at least get my head there. Leaderboards tho. No idea.
