With that said, I'd like to announce that the EASIEST WAY for you to get your hands on the final Xbox 360 NCAA Basketball 09 rosters is to add OperationSports to your XboxLIVE friend's list.
This is being done to lighten the burden on all the people who worked on this, getting friend requests out the ying yang.
From there, follow these step-by-step instructions:

• Start up NCAA Basketball 09
• From the main menu, go to:
  Xbox Live > My NCAA Online > EA Locker > Online Files
• Hit X and scroll down to OperationSports
• Download the file titled OS Roster ver1
  

Once again folks..if you want these rosters..add OperationSports to your XboxLIVE friend's list. And as a common courtesy, so that as many people can get on this list as possible, please remove that gamertag from your friend's list once you've downloaded the file.
